Our lab and office space sits at No. 656, Wujia 2nd Rd, Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan 830. Drop-ins aren't typical, but we can arrange in-person meetings when it makes sense.
Response Timeline
Most inquiries get answered within 6-8 hours during Taiwan business hours. Complex technical questions might take 24 hours while we loop in the right specialists. Weekend messages get picked up Monday morning.
How We Handle Incoming Requests
